The Katal is a self-defense and self-protection system.
It is aimed at civilians wishing to ensure their self-defense in an increasingly dangerous urban environment.
Katal is also aimed at professionals who want to improve their skills in self-protection, survival and mastery of violence.
The Katal was created by security professionals: policeman within the intervention service and close protection officer.
Having observed the ineffectiveness of certain self-defense and self-protection techniques during our training and their application in the field during the exercise of our functions, we decided to combine our knowledge and experience in combat sports in order to creating a system that meets our needs, we have named it : the katal.

I fell into itwhen I was little!!
Combat sportshave always been my passion. I have been practicing boxing since I was 16 yearsold. In 2001, I started to practice Brazilian Jiu JITSU.
Today I am a brownbelt.
Always eager toprogress and discover new disciplines in the field of combat sports, Isubsequently began training in Krav Maga.
Today, with thisexperience, intensive training and rigorous training, I have reached the rankof instructor.
